Ms. Danara Harvell is the Founder of Humble Hearts Training & Consulting and an experienced assisted living professional with a strong background in operations, compliance, and leadership. Her journey began as a caregiver to her grandmother, an experience that shaped her commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care. She went on to found and operate her own assisted living program, where she managed daily operations, regulatory compliance, staffing oversight, and quality assurance in accordance with Maryland regulations.

In addition to owning and operating a licensed program, Ms. Harvell has served as an Alternate Assisted Living Manager, supporting other providers in maintaining structured and compliant operations. She previously served as an instructor for a State of Maryland approved vendor, delivering the 80-hour Assisted Living Manager Training course and preparing future leaders to understand regulatory standards, operational responsibilities, and effective program management. Her professional background includes budgeting, procurement, contract administration, regulatory compliance, and program management, allowing her to provide practical training and consulting services that help assisted living professionals operate successfully and remain compliant with state regulations.
